Al-Khudair Company for Rare and Luxurious Oud is committed to delivering your orders as quickly as possible and with the best quality, within the following terms and procedures:

First: Coverage areas

• Delivery service covers all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• International shipping is available to GCC countries and most cities worldwide.

• If shipping companies do not cover your area, the customer will be notified and the order will be cancelled with a full refund.

Second: Delivery time

• Within Riyadh city: 1 to 2 working days.

• Other major cities in the Kingdom (Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina): 2 to 3 working days.

• Other regions within the Kingdom: 3 to 5 working days.

• International shipping: 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination.

• The delivery period starts from the date of order confirmation and payment.

Third: Shipping cost

• Shipping within the Kingdom: [25 Riyals] per order.

• International shipping: 48 riyals per order.

• Shipping is free for orders exceeding [500 riyals].

Fourth: Approved shipping companies

We deal with shipping companies licensed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The company has the right to choose the appropriate shipping company for each order according to the best option in terms of speed and coverage.

Fifth: Preparing the order

• The order will be processed within 24 working hours of payment confirmation.

• In cases of special offers, peak seasons, and weekends, the processing time may be extended to 48 hours.

• The customer is provided with a shipment tracking number as soon as it is handed over to the shipping company, via text message or email.

Sixth: Receiving the request

• The customer is obligated to provide correct and complete data (name, mobile number, detailed address).

• The shipping company will contact you before delivery, please answer the calls to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible.

• If the customer cannot be reached after three attempts, the order is returned to the warehouse and the shipping fees are deducted.

Seventh: Damaged or incomplete applications

• If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of receipt, attaching illustrative photos.

• The company undertakes to reship damaged or missing products at no additional charge to the customer.

Eighth: International Customs Duties

• International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes in the destination country, which are borne entirely by the customer.

• Al-Khudair Company for Rare Oud is not responsible for refunding these fees in case of refusal to receive.
